Car parking
There is ample secure on-site car parking. Accessible parking and ladies only spaces are available immediately outside reception.
Check-in
Bedrooms are available from 2.00pm. For security reasons our main doors are closed late at night - please ring the bell adjacent to the doors and a member of staff will greet you.
Check-out
Please vacate your bedroom by 11.00am.
Bedrooms
All bedrooms are fully equipped with television, ensuite shower and bath, trouser press, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, and complimentary coffee and tea making facilities.
Restaurant
Full English or continental breakfast is served in our restaurant from 7.00am - 9.30am (Monday to Friday) and 7.30am - 10.30am (Saturday) 8.00am - 10am (Sunday).
Restaurant and bar menu is available in our lounge, Monday to Sunday 12.00pm - 2.00pm and 7.00pm to 10.00pm.
Room service is available Monday to Sunday. Sandwiches are available outside of the above bar meal times.
We are happy to cater for any special dietary requirements. Vegetarian dishes are freely available but we would appreciate advance notice of any other diets.
Bar / lounge
Our bar is open until 11pm. For residential guests, a 24 hour porter service is available.
Leisure club
The Link Hotel onsite leisure’s facilities are currently closed for refurbishment, with the gym facilities due to re-open in September 2010
Guests staying at the Link Hotel Loughborough are invited to use Burleigh Springs leisure centre and spa complex, located close by at imago's Burleigh Court hotel and conference centre. Burleigh Springs, comprises a 15m swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool spa, steam room, fully equipped gymnasium and treatment rooms.
To gain access to Burleigh Springs, day passes are available to purchase at Burleigh Springs reception, at a cost of £10.00 per user.
Opening times: Monday to Friday 7.00am - 9.00pm, Saturday 7.00am - 8.00pm, Sunday 7.00am - 6.00pm

There are 6 dedicated disabled parking bays close to reception, all training rooms, restaurant and lounge areas are located on the ground floor and there are 13 bedrooms specifically designed for accessibility needs.
