Mother's Day Lunch

Create a lasting impression this Mother’s Day and treat your mum to a fabulous 3 course Sunday lunch at the Origins restaurant. Our team of chefs have carefully put together a well thought menu, using fresh local ingredients wherever possible.

Starters

Chef’s homemade leek, potato and chive soup with crispy croutons and watercress

Coarse duck terrine with chestnuts, accompanied with a caramelised plum chutney and balsamic crostini

Scottish Smoked salmon and Devonshire crab parcels, dressed mixed leaves and a lime, chilli and coriander mayonnaise

Brie and cranberry filo pastry tartlet, mixed leaf salad and aged balsamic syrup

Roast Rib of British Beef, homemade Yorkshire pudding, roast pan gravy 

Roasted Leg of Lamb with rosemary and garlic, roast pan gravy

Slow cooked leg of Gloucester old spot Pork, with crispy crackling and apple puree

Grilled Sea bass fillet with celeriac puree and sauté forest mushrooms

Baked aubergine with Moroccan spices, chick peas and wilted spinach

 

Served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and potatoes

Bramely apple and rhubarb crumble tart with vanilla custard

Salted caramel chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream
