I am always greeted in an extremely welcoming manner as soon as I step foot through the door. The staff all know my name and greet me as a friend. I have never yet, or think I ever will, have cause to complain about any member of staff or the standard of accommodation.
Alun is friendly, polite, professional, helpful and always takes time out of his day to have a chat with me which, being a lone traveler, is very much appreciated.
The standard of the room was immaculate and the staff were all very helpful and pleasant, always smiling and offering assistance promptly.
